As advertised it took about 15 minutes, only wrestling with the case and a small delay working my fat fingers in to disconnect the wire, slowed things down. "I have a 4th Generation U2 Ipod that was having battery issues. And Apple wanted waaaaay too much to replace it with the same 600 mAh hour battery($85.00!!). I didn't know what to do. Then, I found your site. I ordered the 1200 mAh battery replacement kit on Wednesday July 25th, 2007 and it arrived by Friday the 27th. That in itself was amazing! I followed your detailed instructions to the letter and in about 15 minutes, I had a brand new battery installed in my Ipod. Your tool is totally awsome to use! It's simple and easy to manipulate and deal with. The only minor issue I had in the U2 ipod battery replacement, was that I had to remove the second screw to get the battery out. I paid less money, got a better battery, got more listening time, and didn't have to ship it anywhere. All I can say is that you guys are the best!
