Hey Bono fans, hang in there while we take a moment to make an important distinction here: Apple released two types of U2 iPods, and the batteries (and procedures used to replace them) are completely different between the two versions.
The first U2 iPod has a black front, silver back, red ScrollWheel, and a 20GB hard drive. This unit can play music, but has a monochrome screen so it cannot display color photographs of video.
