I literally started this company from a card table in the dining room of my house in 2005, and it has grown considerably since then. Today, we have thousands and thousands and thousands of satisfied customers, and that makes me extremely happy and proud. And I could probably count the number of unhappy customers we have had during this time on one hand.
Our office is comprised of the following departments, all of which are knowledgeable about all aspects of iPod and iPhone repair: Customer Service, Marketing, Sales, Receiving, Repair, Quality Control, Inventory Management, Shipping, and Administration. We even offer a walk-in service, for those in the San Antonio area that would rather drop off their device instead of ship it to us.
We started off by selling high-capacity and long-lasting iPod battery replacement kits for early models of the Apple iPod family. We still sell those same kits, but as iPods and iPhones became harder for the general public to open, we quickly transitioned into one of the premier iPod and iPhone repair companies on the web (just google ‘iPod repair’ or ‘iPhone repair’ and we tend to rank up near the top for those keyword phrases).
But top search rankings alone do not make a good company. It is our people, our processes, our communication, and our commitment to quality that has made us what we are today.
I stand behind my company and my people 100 percent - we are a legitimate company and we are not a scam. Our mission is to simply delight and satisfy our customers with affordable, quick, high-quality repairs.
