Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong with your iPod or iPhone: the screen is cracked, the battery doesn’t hold a charge, or the hard drive makes clicking noise. Or perhaps all you know is that the dang thing doesn’t turn on at all, or maybe it does, but all you get is a sad face. Not to worry!

For a modest fee, our technicians will evaluate your Apple device and contact you right away with all of your options and prices. There is absolutely no need to commit to having repairs done, if warranted. If you decide that the cost to repair your device is not justified, let us know, and we will simply return it to you at no additional charge other than the cost of the evaluation and return shipping from us back to you (which you select during checkout).

We always have a wide variety of iPod parts and iPhone parts in our inventory, and that means that your device gets placed in front of one of our experienced technicians shortly after it arrives. Our customers are often amazed at how fast we can complete their repair and how clean their iPod or iPhone looks when they receive them back. So do not delay – send your iPod or iPhone to us using your own shipping method (Option 2 below) or let us email you a shipping label to make it even easier for you (Option 3 or Option 4 [the difference being faster shipping]).

If this evaluation service is something that you are interested in, add this item to your cart by clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button and then proceed though the checkout process. Look for the ‘Comment’ field and give us as much detail as you can about the issues you are having. When your order is complete, an order confirmation will be emailed to you, along with a unique Order Number. This Order Number should be included with your device when you ship it to us. And relax - the evaluation charge below will be applied towards the cost of any repairs you authorize.

The evaluation process is VERY simple: After you add this evaluation to your cart, proceed through the checkout process. After your order has been placed, an email will be sent that with a link to our shipping address, as well as tips on how to safely package up your device. Once we receive your device, we will send you an email, and later, after we have evaluated it, a technician will speak with you in person about what repairs will be needed. You are under no obligation to proceed with any repairs. If you authorize the repairs, we will apply the evaluation charge to the cost of your repairs. If you decline the repairs, we will keep the evaluation charge and return the un-repaired device back to you.

"I just got my 3rd generation battery, order #52347. I read the enclosed directions completely 3 times and watched the 3rd generation support video on trouble opening the case a couple of times before I jumped into replacing the battery. I could get the case to crack, but watched the video again to see the movements of the blue tool to remove the white top. Bingo, I moved the tool up and down the long side, read the directions about being careful with the next step of doing the top or bottom, gave the blue tool a little twist and the white case popped off and took the hard drive with it. There I was looking at the exposed battery. I had no problem getting the old battery disconnected and the new battery went in without a hitch. I looked at the hard drive, gently placed the connector over the mother, applied scarcely any downward pressure as I moved the connector around the spot on the motherboard and bingo, it slid into place. I checked the directions for which end of the iPod to connect first when closing the case, clicked that end and the rest followed. The last thing I did was make sure the battery wires were safe and pressed that corner shut. I think it took more time for me to read the directions and watch the videos than it did to change the battery from start to finish. It's charging now and the motherboard and sound work just fine. Wow, that was easy! You have very good directions and the little extra videos help immensely. I love reading directions to see if they are written well. As a retired teacher, you get an A+ for your directions. I love my iPod and am so glad I can have a new battery in my iPod. Off to see if my niece still has her old iPod because I know she needs a new battery. Thank you,"
Virginia from Lyndeborough, NH (Order 52347)

"The equipment was great and the directions superb. It was a thrill to be able to open up my ipod, insert the new battery correctly, and then do it again to make sure everything was done correctly. By the third time I did it, to put the old battery back in, I barely had to follow the directions. You have done a really good job with your product."
Elizabeth from Brooksville, ME (Order 53900)
