I just used my ipod, in the air, for the first time since you guys replaced my battery and it worked incredibly. Perhaps better than when it was new, if that's possible, or perhaps it's just been so long since it functioned at it's optimium it just seemed like that.
Anyway, just wanted to thank you again for providing me an economical way to keep my existing IPOD and not having to buy a new one hopefully for some time to come.

Let me start by saying that was this was the easiest thing to do and very informative instructions!. I highly recommend this to anyone that is reluctant to change their iPod themselves. Between the tool and instruction sheet this a great and enjoyable experience.
I plan on telling others about your site and direct them to it. All in all very well done. I was surprised on how fast it was accomplished for me. I completed the battery replacement in about 5-7 minutes or so.
