Examples of IPOD Repair Issues that We Have Encountered and Resolved

"Headphone Jack comes in on e side only - then just stopped working." "It doesnt turn on anymore ( its about 2 yrs old ) so I tried to replace the battery myself... yeah... didnt work out so well, I think I broke the headphone thingy. Also... if I decide to get a new one.. can the songs I have on the broken one be transferred?" "I changed the battery in the IPOD and when it was reassembled and charged all I am getting is the Apple logo then the folder with exclamation point and then the sad face IPOD. Then it cycles back through the same sequence. I have changed out the battery." "I already have ordered a new battery however when I opened it up, one of the other wires had broken loose - looks like the little clip was detached; I switched out the battery anyway and plugged it in for over 2 hours, NOTHING happened." "I can't even get it to turn on."
