“I ordered my battery replacement back in August ’07. At the time my iPod was dead. After receiving my replacement battery, my iPod started working again before I changed the battery, so I put my replacement battery & kit in a drawer (I figured I’d need it sooner or later). Well, here it is 8 months later and my iPod dies again (it gave me the sad face). I pulled out my replacement battery from y’all and began to change the battery. I followed the directions and was able to change the battery with no problems. IT WORKS!! Thank you so much for providing a way for me to keep my iPod and helping me change the battery myself. Very grateful customer,”
