In short, if you have an IPOD NANO, regardless of the generation, we can change out your battery (The battery replacement offering is temporarily unavailable for the newer 4th or 5th Generation IPOD nano) or repair the device. 1st Generation IPOD NANOS are rectangular and have a white or black front with a silver backing. 2nd Generation IPOD NANOS are also rectangular, but come in a variety of colors and have white end-caps on the top and bottom. 3rd Generation IPOD NANOS are square-shaped with a silver backing. 4th Generation IPOD NANOS were just released, come in many different colors, and have a curved metal exterior.

Unlike the other IPOD models, the IPOD NANO is one of the most challenging to open and repair, which is why we strongly suggest sending it to us so that our experienced technicians can replace the battery for you.
