Battery Replacement Options for Apple's iPod and iPhone
The majority of our customers purchase a do-it-yourself kit and install the battery themselves without ever having an issue. The key thing is to read the instructions all the way through before starting, take your time and don’t rush, and you should not have any problems. If you do have a question or need help, simply contact us and we can help walk you through the process.
If you would rather have us install the iPod battery for you, that is not a problem either.
We have experienced technicians that can remove your old battery, install the new battery, and test everything out before sending it right back to you. We replace iPod batteries within a few days after your device arrives and, after it passes rigorous testing, will ship it right back to you. (of course keeping you updated at every stage of the process).
After you select the appropriate iPod battery replacement product, scroll down to the bottom of the product description and you will be asked to select from one of four Service Options, which are explained here below in more detail:
Service Option 1 is $0 (Available to U.S. and International Customers)
This is for customers that just want to purchase the kit and install the battery by themselves. Click here to select a kit that is appropriate for you.
Service Option 2 is Just $19 More (Available to U.S. and International Customers)
This amount covers our battery installation labor. The cost of the new battery and the shipping selection you choose at checkout are separate. Click here to select a battery that is appropriate for you and then scroll down to select this Service Option.

Service Option 3 is Just $27 More (Available to U.S. Customers Only)
Select Service Option 3 if you would like us to email you a UPS Ground (usually 1 – 5 business days of transit time from you to us) shipping label that you print out and apply to your own packaging. Just bring your package to any The UPS Store or other UPS location and you will be all set. The shipping you will be asked to select on the last page at checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you.
If you select Option 3 and want to have us email you a return shipping label, please be aware that (1) it may take up to 24 hours for this return shipping label to be emailed to you after your order is placed, and (2) you must open and print out your return shipping label within ten days after you receive it, or the label will no longer be active.

Service Option 4 is Just $37 More (Available to U.S. Customers Only)
Select Service Option 4 if you would like us to email you a UPS Next Day Air (next business day from you to us) shipping label that you print out and apply to your own packaging. Just bring your package to any The UPS Store or other UPS location and you will be all set. The shipping you will be asked to select on the last page at checkout will be for that final leg of shipping from us back to you.

To Get Started with Any of These Four Service Options:
1. Locate and click on the picture of your iPod on our Home Page to see iPod batteries that are right for you.
2. Click to select one of the products and read the entire product description.
3. Near the bottom of the product description, select one of the four Service Options (see above for more details on each).
Important Notes for Customers Who Select Service Option 2, 3, and 4:
1. Service Option 1 and 2 are available to all customers regardless of your location. Service Option 3 and 4 are only for customers within the United States. Customers in any country outside of the United States may only select Service Option 1 or 2.
2. During checkout you will be asked to select a shipping method – this is for the final leg of shipping from us back to you when we are done replacing the battery in your device. We strongly recommend that you choose a shipping method that offers a Tracking Number so that we can both follow the shipment of your IPOD from us to you.
3. If your iPod or iPhone does not turn on at all, even when connected to an external power source, or boots up into a ‘Contact Support’ logo, it is unlikely that a new battery alone will resolve your issue. If this is the case, please consider our repair evaluation service so we can find out exactly what the problem is and get you on the road to enjoying your music again.
