Our Ten Year Battery Guarantee
Our batteries are guaranteed for ten (10) full years from the date of purchase in the original IPOD for which it was intended and installed. Should our battery fail to live up to your (and our) expectations, you will have one of the following two options available to you, depending on when you completed your purchase:
If your battery fails completely OR loses it’s ability to provide the advertised playtime during the first year of purchase, please follow these steps to obtain a brand new replacement battery:
1. Please contact us and let us know the exact nature of your problem. The more details that you can provide about what you are experiencing, the better. More often than not, perceived battery issues can be resolved with a few simple tips and/or pictures that we can provide to you via email. Please include your Order Number so that we can expedite our response.
2. If it is clear that there is an issue with your new battery and you need a replacement, we will reply to your email with a coupon code. This coupon code will cover the entire cost of a brand new battery with the same specifications (e.g. mAh) that you purchased and USPS First Class Shipping (5 – 7 business days).
3. Included in our email to you will also be a link so that you can create a brand new order for just the battery only (not the complete kit). Make sure you enter the coupon code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field and hit the ‘Apply Coupon Code’ button before entering your credit card information or your discount will not be applied and your credit card will be inadvertently charged.
4. Although this coupon code will also cover USPS First Class Shipping (5 – 7 business days) from us to you, you have the option of selecting an expedited shipping method and paying the difference if you need the replacement battery in a timelier manner.
5. Once we receive this new order, we will send you a new battery, along with a prepaid return shipping label so that you can send the first battery back to us for testing. You will receive a shipment notification for your replacement battery as soon as it leaves our facility.
6. Once we receive your first battery, we will contact you via email to let you know we have started to run tests on it and to see if our replacement battery is now performing to your expectations.
Note 1: You have thirty (30) days from the day that you receive the replacement battery to return the first battery back to us using the prepaid mailer that we have provided, or you will be charged for the second battery.
Note 2: The price of our batteries may stay the same, decrease, or increase from the time your order was placed. Therefore, the coupon code that we will provide to you will cover the current cost of a brand new battery at the time your replacement battery is ordered. There will be no credits of any kind for differences in price.
Note 3: In the unlikely event that your IPOD is still not working after our replacement battery has been installed, it is very possible that your IPOD has more a serious issue than a new battery can resolve. If this is the case, please contact us about getting your IPOD diagnosed for a fair price.
Note 4: Our 10 Year Guarantee is non-transferable and replacement batteries can only be given to the original purchaser.

We reserve the right to replace any product that has been removed from our product line with a new product of comparable value and functionality. We disclaim any other warranties be they expressed or implied except as expressly set forth herein.
Our sole obligation under this limited warranty shall to be to replace the covered product in accordance with the terms set forth herein. We disclaim any lost profits, general, specific, indirect, or consequential damages which may result from breach of any warranty, or arising out of the use or inability to use any of our products or services, any warranties which are implied and which cannot be disclaimed shall be limited in duration to a term of one year from the date of original retail purchase.
The above limitations and exclusions may or may not apply to you and you may or may not have specific legal rights, depending on which state in the United States of America in which you live. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty without prior notice to you for any product at any time.
