Battery Failure After The First Year

If we sent you a battery to install by yourself and it has failed completely OR it fails to provide the advertised playtimes after the first year and before the end of the tenth year from the date of purchase, please follow these steps to obtain a brand new replacement battery:

1. Please contact us and let us know the exact nature of your problem. The more details that you can provide about what you are experiencing, the better. More often than not, perceived battery issues can be resolved with a few simple tips and/or pictures that we can provide to you via email or over the telephone. Please include your Order Number so that we can expedite our response.

2. If there truly appears to be an issue with your new battery and a replacement is warranted, we will send you an email that contains (1) a link to the same battery you ordered, and (2) a coupon code that will deduct the cost of a new battery only. The cost of shipping the replacement battery to you is not included. Use the link and coupon code to place a new order on our website, where you can opt for a faster return shipping method at your additional expense. Because you will be placing a new order on our website, and you could potential purchase faster shipping or additional items, you will be required to enter your credit card information again, even if your order total is a zero balance. Please make sure that you not only enter the coupon code in the ‘Coupon Code’ field, but that you also hit the ‘Apply Coupon Code’ button before entering your credit card information, or your discount will not be applied, and your credit card will be inadvertently charged.

3. Once we receive your new order for the replacement battery, we will ship it to you. You will receive a shipping notification from us when your replacement battery ships from our location. You have thirty (30) days from the day that you receive the replacement battery to return the first battery back to us using the prepaid mailer that we have provided, or you will be charged for the second battery.

4. We encourage you to return the first battery (and your original stock battery) to us for testing and proper disposal, once we have received it we will contact you via email to let you know we have received it and to see if our replacement battery is now performing to your expectations.

Note: Please let us know if any of your billing or shipping information has changed since your original order was placed.

Note: We reserve the right to charge you for all extra shipping expenses we incurred during this time if it turns out that our battery was not faulty.
