"I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your product. I was very leery about changing the battery myself in my wife's IPOD but it was so smooth and only took about ten minutes. Opening up the back was defiantly the hardest part but I was patient and it came right off leaving no scratches on the case. Once open I swapped the battery in about two minutes and the case snapped back together and looked as though I had never opened it. I'm Active Duty Air Force stationed in Italy and as far as Apple is concerned if you have an APO address you don't exist. I would have had to send it to my parents in the states so that they could send it to Apple with a state side address then have them send it back to my parents and then back to me. Having them change the 4th IPOD battery would have been much more costly and time consuming. Once again thanks for the Great product!"
